In den letzten Wochen wurden überall Nachrichten über die "neue Ära der digitalen Kunst", den Verkauf von Memen und Werken digitaler Künstler für Hunderttausende (!) Nein, Millionen von Dollar gehört! Dies ist sowohl eine Gelegenheit für Digitalkünstler, endlich ihren eigenen hübschen Cent zu verdienen, als auch für Sammler, ihre Gifsammlung zu übertreffen. Hört sich cool an? Ja, gerade jetzt.
Vor Habra auch bekam NFT-Hysterie, so dass ich zu diesem Phänomen Winkel etwas anders schreiben werde.
Eigentum
Der Wunsch, etwas zu kaufen, entsteht aus dem Bewusstsein für den Wert dessen, was gekauft wird. Bei einem Cryptoart wird das "Eigentum" an einem Objekt in der Blockchain beansprucht. Aber wir leben immer noch in einer Rechtswelt, die solche Beziehungen zwischen Menschen regelt. NFT ist nirgends und in keiner Weise als Mittel zur Bestimmung des Eigentums geregelt oder anerkannt. Wenn wir aus rechtlicher Sicht eine Analogie ziehen, ist der Kauf eines Kryptoart dasselbe wie der Kauf eines Grundstücks auf dem Mond oder das Nennen eines Sterns bei Ihrem eigenen Namen. Kürzlich wurde mir auf Facebook eine Anzeige für „Werde ein Herr“ gezeigt. Das Fazit ist, dass Sie einen Quadratfuß Land in Schottland für 49,95 USD kaufen und nach schottischem Recht offiziell den Titel Lord erhalten können.
