Lieben Sie KPIs? Ich denke höchstwahrscheinlich nicht. Es ist schwierig, eine Person zu finden, die in der einen oder anderen Form nicht unter KPIs litt: Jemand hat die Zielindikatoren nicht erreicht, jemand wurde subjektiv bewertet, und jemand hat gearbeitet, gekündigt, konnte aber nicht herausfinden, woraus er bestand dieselben KPIs, die das Unternehmen nicht einmal erwähnen wollte. Und es scheint eine gute Sache zu sein: Im Indikator wird das Ziel des Unternehmens an Sie gesendet, Sie tun alles, um es zu erreichen, am Ende des Monats erhalten Sie einen Bonus oder einen anderen Bonus. Transparentes Spiel, faire Wetten. Aber nein, KPIs haben sich zu einem schrecklichen und unangenehmen Monster entwickelt, das hin und wieder versucht, die Nachlässigen zu peitschen, aber gleichzeitig nichts mit Führungskräften zu tun hat. Mit diesen Indikatoren stimmt etwas nicht!
